West Seattle Basement

This was a full basement remodel. The entire basement was demolished, and everything was built brand new. New egress windows were cut into the foundation, new bathroom with heated tile, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, new stairs/railing, lighting, flooring, new electrical, doors, etc…. We turned an old tired basement into a new space that the family can use. Everything was permitted and approved by the City of Seattle.
