For this Seattle project, we removed the old fiberglass shower and replaced it with a new fiberglass shower base and paired it with high polished 12x24 tiles. The old shower base was poorly installed, thus causing the shower base to leak into a massive hole left from the previous contractor. We removed all the contaminated soil, filled the hole with concrete and installed the new pan. A custom size niche was framed, new shower valve install, new insulation on the walls we opened, new toilet, and a new glass surround.
