Our long-time client Peter needed a new fence for his house in Kirkland. The current fence was old and tired, and in much need of replacement. We removed all the old posts, along with the old concrete to make room for the new pressure treated fence posts. Prefinished fencing panel boards were used, and the fence was capped off with pressure treated 5/4 x 4 material to achieve a more elegant look. New solar copper LED lights were installed on each post as the finishing touch. This new fence with proper maintenance should last 8 – 14 years.
